First, check the charger

Indicator lights should alternate between blue and purple

If indicator lights are alternating between blue and turquoise, and your charger is not connected to ChargeLab, follow the ‘clearing Wi-Fi settings in your Grizzl-E manual’

If not, reboot the charger by unplugging the charger or resetting the breaker if hardwired

Next, check home home Wi-Fi network

Connect to same network as charger and test internet connection

Confirm the Wi-Fi password is correct

Check signal strength and network proximity to charger 

Check any security settings

Try again to connect your charger through the app
